North Head is a spectacular headland located next to Jurien Bay on Western Australia’s Central Coast.
With the opening of the new coastal road North Head is now an easy 2 hour drive from the Perth metropolitan area.
The aspiration is to create a world class residential and tourist development that celebrates and preserves over two thirds of the site’s unique landscape and creates a landmark project comprising six residential precincts with 2,215 single residential lots and 550 tourist rooms.
A structure plan is currently being considered by the Council and WAPC.
