In February 2011 TRG Properties received development approval for beachfront apartments to be located in the coastal suburb of North Coogee. This exciting project - likely to be the first apartment project within the marina village of North Coogee is due to be launched to the market in 2011.
North Coogee is situated 7 kilometres south of the City of Fremantle and 23 kilometres southwest of the Perth CBD.
The design comprises of a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments. This beachfront site can never be built out, with the vast majority of apartments enjoying spectacular ocean views.
